It was very close to everything. Plenty of space inside the room. The host was very communicative. The host left a nice bottle of wine.
The bed and bedding was not the best. No view from inside the room. The host supplied some numbers for taxis but no taxi would agree to take us or pick us up from the train we had to walk so keep that in mind when booking it is about a 15 minute walk to the train up and down hills and stairs. The hot water runs out pretty quickly. The shower area could use some cleaning up.

The location is great. We could swim and eat/drink late then it is 20m back home. We were well received by Antonella and the bottle of wine was very much appreciated.
It’s an old building so pipe noises and neighbours are audible. Not terrible or enough to spoil anything. Coffee machine is an easy addition.

Excellent location, 10-15 min walk from the ferry and train stations. Restaurants within in 1 min. Villas also 5-10 min walk away.
Has all the amenities needed for a short stay, comfortable.
