Located in the historic center of Varenna, the vacation apartment "Varenna Boulevard" overlooks the iconic Contrada dei Cavalli, just 30 meters from the lake, which can be seen from its living room windows.

The apartment offers everything you need for a pleasant stay: the 2-story structure consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can accommodate 6 people.

Available amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning, and a coffee maker. A baby crib is also provided (upon request, no extra charge).

The property is located in the historic center of the city.

Great property right in the center of Varenna. The owner was great to deal with and owns the wine bar next door, which was really convenient.

Convenient location, available and helpful host, plenty of space. Note that the bedrooms and bathroom are downstairs, so luggage needs to be carried down and back up.

What an amazing location in Varenna. Fabulous one bar next door. Restaurant across the ally which was delicious. Hermes the owner was wonderful and his helper/friend that works at the wine shop was fantastic. We were 4 adults. We spent most of our time out of the apartment. The pictures on the web are correct except there is only a love seat couch. That was fine for us but if you feel like you need seating for more than 2 and are going to be inside it may not work for you. We loved it and would recommend it.

We spent 4 nights in Varenna, which is a fantastic location to explore the Lake with great access to mid-lake ferry service. The apartment had everything we needed as a family of 4 adults. A wonderful welcome from our host was a fab start. Plenty of places to eat and drink and take in all that the Lake has to offer. Highly recommend.

Varenna is an amazing little base for Lake Como with boat access, great restaurants and cool local hikes (Castello Vezio). Unit is first floor, on XX Settembre right next to the wine store (super bonus!). MG speaks perfect English and was super helpful with recommendations, made reservations, gave tips for hikes. He made it a super seamless experience. Thank you!

From the time that we booked til the moment we left, Hermes was fantastic. I had lots of questions as I had not driven to Varenna before. Hermes made it very easy and was helpful in answering all my questions before and while we were there. The home was amazing. Location is perfect, space was perfect, and was very clean. We would recommend you stay there as we would to when we go back.

The property was well equipped, and had comfortable beds, a drying rack for laundry which we used before moving on to our next destination, and a well equipped kitchen, which we didn't use. Because one of our group was sick, we took advantage of the sleep sofa, which worked out great. The property is located close to restaurants, the water, etc. The only negative was noise from the restaurant kitchen that was down a few steps from the apartment. When the staff got off around 11pm we could hear them talking for a few minutes every night. It wouldn't keep me from coming back though. I also liked having a lock box and code for the key. We could split up, and not worry about meeting up at an exact time to get back into the apartment. This was days 18-20 of a 23 day trip, and the little things like key access stood out to me.

This apartment is very centrally located in Varenna and just a few minutes walk down to the lake. The owner is very responsive and welcomed us with a glass of champagne at the wine bar he owns next to the apartment. The place seems brand new, with all modern amenities.
