An exceptional little gem. A+A+A+A+A+
A very stylish, quite large, upper floor apartment. The accommodation consists of an entrance front door,at ground level, leading to a small hallway. A door opposite leads to an outstanding modern bathroom consisting of a toilet, basin, walk-in shower, radiator and towel rail. 2 x hand towels and bath towels are provided. The bathroom was spotlessly clean. Stairs lead to an extremely stylish open plan living and sleeping area Consisting of a small sofa, a very comfortable bed, TV, speaker system, double wardrobe and small kitchen area - modern electric cooker, sink, worktop space, breakfast bar and 2 stools, under counter fridge and washing machine. There was ample floor and wall mounted cupboard space - with a kettle, cups, mugs, plates, bowls and all utensils. Tea, coffee, milk (in fridge), sugar, cupboard waste bin, clothes washing tablets and cleaning products were also provided. The wardrobe had ample clothes hangers and housed a few storage boxes, iron and ironing board. Alex and Victoria have carefully thought out everything within the accommodation, with matching accessories throughout. Communication after the booking was exceptional, providing all the necessary information needed on arrival. The kind welcoming hamper went above and beyond and was very appreciated. The Coach House is simply one of, if not, the best accommodation I have stayed at. Thank you Alex and Victoria for a fantastic few days stay. You have a beautiful property and accommodation.

Beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, welcome pack was very nice.
Little bit of a walk into Colchester centre to Colchester Castle Park - but certainly do-able. Not a big issue at all.
