The apartment was perfect for us. The hosts responded promptly to our questions.
The location was very good - walking distance to a shopping center, and a short car distance to Mainz, Wiesbaden and Frankfurt. The apartment is clean and very nice for a short holiday. The hosts were very pleasant, and solved minor issues immediately.

Very disappointed and extremely dissatisfied
Good kitchen, lounge and balcony
Access to gaining key to property was difficult to locate and my husband sustained a lacerated toe on a piece of metal sticking near the locker which required medical attention. Only one key between two couples was inadequate. The second bedroom had no bedside light, no chair and no wardrobe, hanging rail only. No mirror either. Ironing board was not for residential use but for camping. Trip hazard between each room with raised second floor tiles. Viewing the lake? Yes if you had binoculars. Not a suitable property for individuals with mobility issues as three flights of stairs to access. Curtains were a decorative feature and didn’t have enough width to cover any window in the property bar main bedroom . Shower not suitable for individuals with mobility issues. No hand rail to to support exit from shower . Only positive point was excellent kitchen, nice lounge and balcony

Die Betten waren bequem. Großzügiges Bad.
Es war sehr laut, man konnte sich diesbezüglich nicht erholen. Die Kinder haben getrampelt... man hat Bobby Cars o.ä. gehört, der Verkehrslärm war rund um die Uhr... das Haus ist sehr hellhörig... keine Kaffeemaschine vorhanden. Sehr minimalistische Ausstattung in der Küche...

Gastgeber haben immer sofort geantwortet und waren sehr nett.
Leider war die Wohnung sehr dreckig und die Beschreibung stimmte nicht. Achtung: das ist KEINE Zweizimmerwohnung! Es ist nur ein Zimmer!!! Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer sind miteinander verbunden.

alles vorhanden für einen Kurzaufenthalt
Funktionale Unterkunft mit einem Wohn- Schlafraum (getrennt durch einen Vorhang) und einem bequemen Bett sowie einem Sofa; ausreichend ausgestattete Küche; Bad mit Dusche; unkomplizierter Schlüsselempfang (Tresor); Vermieter über WhatsApp schnell erreichbar; kostenlos Parken auf der Straße; schönes Dorf nahe Mainz mit einigen Gaststätten; man sollte bedenken, daß man direkt an der Durchfahrtsstraße wohnt und die Autos hört und im Haus eine Familie mit kleinen Kindern wohnt, welche natürlich auch mal zu hören sind ;-) ... lustige Lampe mit Musik im Bad
als evtl. Schallschutz gab es nur an einem Fenster zur Straße ein Rollo; am Bett war nur eine Steckdose funktionsfähig - die anderen defekt (lt. Angaben des Vermieters seit knapp drei Wochen); Müllentsorgung sollte bei dem Preis (ortsüblich nicht billig) inklusive sein :-
