A really indecent, greedy host
The host of this property is a real ***hole. His property is located practically in the yard of his neighbour. The property is on the ground floor, the host himself lives on the 1st floor. The terrace of the property is located in the yard of the neighbour and is not separated from it (neither by bushes, not by a fence). In fact, the property and the neighbour have the same entrance from the street into this yard. In the yard are lots of staff for neighbours kids: trampoline, bobby car, etc.
I arrived on the 12.04.2025 at 16:10 with my 3 year old twins, to stay for 6 days. It had been known in advance that I am travelling alone with 2 small kids. 40 minutes after we moved in, the host turned up again to say, I should keep away the kids for the coming 6 days from from the neighbour´s yard. Or it could be a solution that we three stay away from the property at daytime. Both solutions were unrealistic, since the neighbour s yard was not fenced and by boys do midday sleep and before and after it, they would be anyway playing around. The host and I agreed, that we should move out, so his neighbour is not bothered, and the host ensures the reimbursement of the sum for the booking. The host did nothing, until I wrote to the booking com Customer Service. Even after that he intents to reimburse just 150 Euro out of 525, with the reasoning that we had to clean the apartment, which we made so dirty during the 40 minutes were in :(
I will be using my German Rechtschutzversicherung to get him righted. This is not acceptable to be so greedy.
This is an ***hole, do not go there. The property is not nasty, but it is dark and everywhere are hangouts, he is a caring host and would love to ger the best rating on the Booking com for it.

The property is partly renovated, not everything is old. But due to its small windows, it is quire dark.

Place is clean, all facilities are available. The host is very friendly and lives next door.
Everything was very good, but keep in mind that the front yard shares common place with several houses. You may or may not like this depending on your requirements for privacy.

Klein und kinderfreundlich und gut für ein paar Nächte
Saubere Unterkunft, freundlicher Vermieter, Spielsachen und Bücher für die Kinder und alles was man braucht fürs Übernachten. Bett sehr bequem!
Keine Parkmöglichkeit an der Unterkunft (man muss an der Straße parken), das Bett ist unheimlich hoch, es war für mich schwierig schnell aufzustehen (ist nötig da unser Baby nachts noch häufig wach wird), Rolladen im Schlafzimmer schließt nicht komplett.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit guter Ausstattung.
Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung war hervorragend. Es war alles vorhanden, was man in einer Ferienwohnung benötigt. Lediglich eine Mikrowelle war nicht vorhanden.
Der Blick von der Couch zum Fernseher war nicht optimal. Wir haben ihn aber sowieso nicht benutzt.

Es ist eine sehr schöne saubere Wohnung. Sehr geräumig.
Uns fehlte es an Nichts.
Trotz der Wärme draußen, war es innen schön kühl.
Auf der Terrasse konnten wir den Abend genießen und ausklingen lassen.
Der Vermieter war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder !

Wunderbare FeWo in gemütlichem Weindorf - ich komme wieder!
Der Vermieter ist nicht nur eine "Coole Socke" sonder auch extrem zuvorkommend und zuverlässig. Alles hat pünktlich geklappt, die Übergabe der Wohnung war professionell und witzig.
Hey, ich hab selten in einer so gründlich gewienerten Wohnung übernachtet. Nicht mal Fingerabdrücke an den Hochglanzfronten.
Die Brötchen vom Bäcker um die Ecke ;) Und dass ich nur so kurz geplant hatte. Diese Wohnung und die Lage des Ortes am Weinberg verlangen nach Verlängerung.
