Fantastic little property, convenient for the NEC, well equipped and very comfortable. Host was exceptionally helpful providing local information and expertise, pub/cafe/restaurant recommendations, directions and taxi numbers.

Property was secure & in a great location
Owners were very good with answering etc
Unfortunately I hate to write this but the place was dirty I didn’t check reviews before hand but on leaving I did & it seems to be the same issues, mouldy windows, musty smell, we had to wash the fridge out, the kitchen cupboards were dirty inside some outside, the cutlery tray had food in it & dirty spoon, mould in the grouting in bathroom & the shower shelf was filthy, what I don’t understand is this has been said by a few ppl but nothing has changed? There was a LOT of air fresheners
It is a lovely little flat so could be amazing just needs a deep clean

Keys were easy to get to. Host had alerted me with instructions which were easy to follow and very informative. Everthing was straightforward and there were no problems at all.

The property was clean and tidy
The internet didn’t work, and we were told that it wasn’t working the previous day either, it would have been nice to have been advised before we arrived rather than us chasing the owner of the property, so I could of downloaded some things onto my daughters tablet to keep her entertained.
