This beautiful single-family home is very centrally located yet pleasantly quiet and secluded in the Dorf neighborhood. Restaurants and shops in the village are within walking distance, as is the magnificent 12-kilometer-long beach that makes St. Peter-Ording so unique.
Rainbow Haus Detached Home:
The first floor features a light-filled living room with a TV, a large open kitchen, and a stylish dining area. The living areas are furnished with exclusive pieces. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances. Adjacent to the living area are a shower room with a sauna, an utility room, and a spacious hallway. The entire first floor features tasteful floor tiles and hardwood flooring. Underfloor heating throughout the house ensures a cozy atmosphere.
A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, which is finished with oak planks. The two bedrooms, each with a double bed and TV, offer every comfort. Walk-in closets provide ample storage space. In addition, there is another bedroom on the upper floor, furnished with two high-quality sofa beds for two people. The lounge room can also be used as an office or reading room. A spacious bathroom with a shower and freestanding bathtub completes the luxurious experience.
There is also an additional guest restroom on the upper floor.
