Stunning views in a dreamlike setting! The thatched semi-detached house “Marschblick,” located not far from the historic village center, delivers on its promise. Enjoy your vacation to the fullest, surrounded by meadows and fields. The living area of approximately 115 m² spans two floors and is laid out as follows:
First floor: Entrance area, living room with open kitchen, dining area, and access to the two terraces; one bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm — single mattresses) and TV, a bathroom with shower and built-in sauna, and an utility room
During the season, the terraces are furnished with patio furniture that invites you to relax and also offers a wonderful spot for outdoor dining.
Upper floor: a loft, 2 bedrooms with double beds (each 180 x 200 cm—single mattresses) and a TV, and a bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower
The entire house features underfloor heating, which ensures a comfortable indoor climate year-round.
One parking space is available for your use.
