Thatched-roof cottage:
This luxurious half of a thatched-roof house features approximately 108 m² of living space and accommodates up to 6 people. The first floor includes a light-filled living room with a TV, fireplace, open kitchen, and a stylish dining area. The living areas are furnished with exclusive pieces from Riviera Maison. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances. Adjacent to the living area are a hallway with a built-in coat closet, an utility room, and a bathroom with a shower. The entire first floor features tasteful floor tiles that can be heated via underfloor heating (geothermal).
A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, which is finished with hardwood flooring. This floor also features underfloor heating. The two bedrooms—one with a double box-spring bed and one with two single box-spring beds—are each equipped with a TV. Built-in closets provide ample storage space. In addition, the upper floor features another spacious bathroom with a shower and bathtub. From the upper floor, the wooden staircase leads up to the attic. Here you’ll find an additional bedroom with two single box-spring beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed. This beautiful house leaves nothing to be desired and instantly puts you in a vacation mood.
The property, featuring a parking space, a large lawn, and a sheltered, sunny terrace, is landscaped with native plants and a dune. From a beach chair, you can enjoy the view of the house or the dune.
A spacious garden sauna provides additional relaxation.
