Vacation Home - "Mühlenhof 7" townhouse with a thatched roof
- End-of-row townhouse with a fenced-in garden of approx. 250 square meters -
- Completely renovated in April/May 2023, including newly installed hardwood floors and a new built-in kitchen-
This very modern 3-room vacation rental spans 3 levels starting from the first floor and offers 96 m² of space for up to 6 people and a toddler.
Thanks to its location and amenities, the vacation rental is ideal for family vacations; children are warmly welcome here.
You can also bring your dog on vacation in St. Peter Ording—up to 2 dogs are welcome to join the family on vacation.
The vacation rental features a furnished terrace, and during the season, a traditional North German beach chair is available here.
When the weather is nice, the terrace is a wonderful spot for dining together and soaking up the sun.
Thanks to the open access to the terrace, the living room—decorated in elegant white and black—feels wonderfully bright and inviting.
The furnishings include a very comfortable seating area consisting of a leather sofa set and a leather armchair.
The dining table offers plenty of space for the whole family to enjoy meals together, play board games, and spend time together.
Multimedia entertainment is provided by a flat-screen TV, a Bose Music Box, and free Wi-Fi.
Integrated into the spacious room is the very well-equipped kitchen, which features, among other things, an induction cooktop and stove, a fridge-freezer combo with a dishwasher, as well as a microwave and two coffee makers—one for classic filter coffee and another for coffee pods. The first floor also features a guest restroom.
The upper floor features two spacious bedrooms with 180x200 cm double beds. One is equipped with a safe for valuables. Two bathrooms with a toilet and a walk-in shower are also located on the upper floor. Another bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a dresser is located in the attic.

Sehr schöne ruhige Fereinwohnung mit tollem Garten, gut gelgen. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Im Vergleich zu meiner vorherigen Wohnung Nr.2 im Mühlenhof etwas renovierungsbedürftiger und nicht ganz gut geputzt für eine "Luxusunterkunft"; Geschirrtücher wären noch wünschenswert; ansonsten wie üblich sehr gut!

Bei der Ankunft hätten wir gerne im Haus
ein paar Informationen gefunden zur Umgebung, (bspw. Fahrradverleih etc.) Die Wohnung
wurde mit Waschmaschine angeboten. Allerdings stand nirgendwo das es sich um eine Gemein-
schaftsmaschine handelt, Auch gab es im Haus keinen Hinweis zu der Maschine.
Es gab keine Geschirrtücher. Bei der Buchung wurde uns nach der Anfrage über die Agentur
eine völlig andere Wohnung in der Anlage bestätigt. Aber die Wohnung war wirklich sehr schön.
