About this house rental
The charming semi-detached house “Deicheck,” located in the heart of the beautiful Dorf neighborhood, invites you to enjoy a relaxing North Sea vacation. A dreamy vacation home with a thatched roof and high-quality, stylish furnishings awaits you on a lot in a prime location. Located directly behind the flood protection dike, the garden and the house offer plenty of space for relaxation. The house was freshly painted in 2026 and welcomes you with a fresh new look.
The living area of approximately 115 m² spans two floors and is divided as follows:
Ground Floor: Entryway, living room with open kitchen, washer-dryer combo, dining area, fireplace, and access to the terrace; one shower room/restroom
The kitchen is equipped with a raclette grill as well as a fondue set and a cheese fondue set. The high-quality sofa in the living area—the same model found at the Adlon in Berlin—can be used as an additional sleeping option (160 x 195 cm) for two people. The terrace features comfortable teak patio furniture and a beach chair.
Upper floor: one bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), one bedroom with a double bed (each 180 x 200 cm), a bathroom with a tub and toilet plus a separate shower, and a sauna.
All beds are equipped with high-quality mattresses, the same ones used at the Adlon in Berlin.
The entire house has underfloor heating; the windows in the bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains and insect screens.
There is a bike shed available outside.
One carport parking space is also available for your use.
You are welcome to bring your dog.
