Valid for passage trip and short periods, even with animals

The rooms are new and spacious, the staff is kind and friendly, the breakfast has a good international buffet selection to suit different tastes, and the internet works very well.

The hotel is huge, almost too big, while parking is limited and there's no way to access the entrance by car. The hotel is located outside, in a complex of Herasmus Academy, a swimming pool, and other buildings under construction that aren't easy to find. The room isn't very soundproof, even to the outside, the shower exhaust works poorly, if at all, and it's best to have breakfast before the student groups arrive.

Perfect stopover on a long drive

Stopped overnight here on a long drove from Italy to NL. Great room, very quiet, very comfortable bed, perfect for a long drive stopover. Excellent breakfast included in the price - very happy.

The Hotel is in a remote location, connected to Frankfurt by train. The room was very nice. Bed was comfortable, nice bathroom, nice living. Parking is free and lots of places. It was noiseless. I didn't have breakfast because it seemed too expensive, 17.5 EUR each but I went to see how it looked like and there were plenty of options. It was buffet will hot and cold dishes.

The location is remote. There are plenty of restaurants in a 15-20 min walking distance.

The hotel is in an industrial zone (offices). Not a big deal, but there’s nothing to do in the evening. As let’s go once said: bring a book or a lover.

Exceptional

Everything was superb. The staff, the hotel, location. We stayed for 1 night, just to rest on our journey through Europe. Car park was huge and overlooked by the reception and the hotel. After our arrival we decided to eat. We walked about 6 minutes to the local restaurant (there were about3-4), by the rail station. Food was excellent, people nice. As travelling with kids, safety is always a priority. I can honestly tell, we felt 100% safe! Check-In and check-out was fast, staff pleasant and professional. Hotel is close to motorways with easy access to town. We will definitely be returning!

Only thing I didn't like was that Booking.com app didn't clearly describe the rooms. I had to call the hotel, were the very helpful receptionist explained how to book a family room, as your app would not have the correct options.

If they correct some mistakes in their service, this hotel could be really nice.

Obviously, the hotel was absolutely fine. When we travel further afield, we are really careful while choosing an accommodation, and the TripInn was an absolute beast in some points, such as the breakfast, and the quality of the rooms.

When we first arrived, a little earlier, than we had to, we weren’t greeted, as we expected. We arrived after a near 12 hour road trip at night. Later we found put, that they had several clean rooms, so I don’t know why they weren’t be able to give us a room, in that scenario. That was a bit of a shame.

Der Preis ist gut für die Lage. Die Zimmer Größe ist top.

Leider war unser Zimmer nicht ganz sauber, auch könnte es mehr in Ordnung gehalten werden. Einige defekte Putz abgeplatzt, Duschablauf gebrochen. Beim Frühstück einige waren sahen leicht vertrocknet aus.

Frühstück war OK. Zimmer war gross - allerdings ein Behindertenzimmer.

Im Bad fehlen Ablagemöglichkeiten, keine Zahnbecher vorhanden, Kaffeeautomat verbesserungsbedürftig, Sauberkeit auf dem Balkon könnte auch besser sein. Bei Ankunft wurden die Personalien nicht gecheckt, meine Partnerin ist namentlich nicht erfasst worden?!?

Funktionales Hotel mit dem robusten Charme der 70er Jahre - gut geeignet für 2-Nächte Aufenthalt

Das Hotel befindet sich am Rand von Heusenstamm an einem angrenzenden Waldgebiet. Das Zentrum ist innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. In der Nähe befinden sich ein Hallen/Freibad und ein Restaurant. Eine S-Bahn-Station befindet sich in Gehweite. Es sind genügend kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel vorhanden. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig mit Balkon, modernem Bad, und allen notwenigen Möbeln, bequemen Doppelbett und TV ausgestattet. Der 24/7 Service war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend!

Das riesige Betonbau hat den authentischen Retro-Charme der 70er Jahre. Das Restaurant / Bar ist zwar geschmackvoll eingerichtet, jedoch sind die Zimmer sehr kahl und kalt. Es wurde auf jegliche Deko-Elemente wie bspw. Bilder an den Wänden verzichtet. Beim Betreten des Zimmers herrschte im Winter fast Außentemperatur. Nach Einschalten der Heizung / Klimaanlage dauerte es circa 2-3 Stunden, bis das Zimmer auf eine erträgliche Temperatur aufgeheizt war. An den Wänden befanden sich einige Schrammspuren, Finger- und Fußabdrücke. Einige Fliesen waren verschmutzt. Außerdem war die Jalousie am Schlafzimmerfenster defekt.

În primul rând doresc să specific ca această locație nu trebuie să existe pentru cazare deoarece este o locație unde totul este de o mizerie de nedescris de la intrare până în cameră. Camera murdară cu praf peste tot, pereții murdari, pete peste tot, miros înțepător de mucegai și aer oribil. Pliculețele de zahăr rupte în accesoriul dedicat acestora și lista poate continua însă nu merită să mai scriem pentru această locație cu un scor 0 pentru odihna celor care vor să caute o noapte liniștită.

Preis-Leistung stimmt, dennoch Luft nach oben.

Eines Vorweg: Preis-Leistungsverhältnis wirklich absolut in Ordnung. Das Hotel ist das ehemalige Telekom-Bürogebäude und daher schon etwas "speziell". Das Zimmer selbst hat uns positiv überrascht: großräumig, bequeme Betten, sauber... hier gibt es nichts zu meckern. Über das Frühstück können wir nichts sagen, haben wir nicht mit gebucht.

Es wirkt nicht wirklich einladend, draußen fehlt die Beleuchtung (was evtl. der Großbaustelle geschuldet ist). Der Empfangsbereich war sehr schmutzig - ja es ist Herbst und ja es gibt viele Blätter im Moment. Aber der Läufer sah aus, als wäre er schon eine Woche nicht gereinigt worden. Auch die Flure sind sehr dunkel, der Bewegungsmelder reagiert sehr spät.

Service und Hygiene. Ich war von Sonntag auf Donnerstag da und das Zimmer wurde nicht 1 Mal geputzt, Bettwäsche auch nicht . Das Bett wurde nicht mal ordentlich gemacht.

Hotel ok

Das Hotel ist gut. Die Zimmer waren nett eingerichtet. Sauberkeit war ok. Vielleicht erwartet man einfach immer zu viel von einem Hotel. Denke da es vor der Tür einen riesen Umbau gab war es schwierig.

Die große Baustelle um das ganze Hotel außenrum war furchtbar. Nachts im Hotel öfters lautes knallen. Keine Ahnung was das war.

Die Größe der Zimmer

Die Lage befindet sich aktuell ziemlich inmitten einer sehr großen Baustelle, sodass man das Hotel nicht optimal erreichen kann. Parkplätze in der Nähe nicht ausreichend vorhanden. Im Bad war kein Wasserglas vorhanden, die Duschtücher hatten große Löcher. Wir hatten nur ein Händehandtuch statt zwei. Bei Ankunft war es eiskalt im Zimmer. Das Frühstücksbuffet war in Ordnung, mehr nicht. Vielleicht verbessert sich das Haus ja noch. Als wir unsere Probleme an der Rezeption vorgetragen haben, schien die Dame nur mäßig interessiert.

1. Das Fenster war kaputt und lies sich nicht mehr verschließen. 2. Zugesichertbei Buchung Kaffe/Tee Zubehör. Fakt: Es war nicht mal eine Tasse vorhanden geschweige Kaffee oder Kaffee Milch oder Löffel. 3. Streamingdiebste nutzbar angeblich: Realistisch nein! Keine Abhilfe seitens des Hotels. Tote Insekten auf der Fensterbank und viel Dreck und Staub. 4. Benutzte Handtücher der Vormieter hingen im Bad Für mich nie wieder!
