Good. Not Impressive

Cleanness

Breakfast was not good, there were not many options for vegetarians. In the room it was mentioned water bottle will be provided, but it was the empty glass water bottle which we need to fill it by ourself. Hotel should provide the bottle which we can carry along with us, because we come for short business work. There is no supermarket nearby or we do not have time to find it and purchase the water bottle. Hotel should provide it

Would have been full marks had the room been cleaned daily.

We went for the business room and paid a little extra and it was worth every penny. The staff are amazing and the room was nice and big. We were visiting family so the location for us was ideal. Public transport close by.

When we arrived we were told that our room would not be cleaned unless we requested it. We requested a clean on Saturday which was not done, nor was it done on Sunday resulting in us having to fetch clean towels from reception. This meant dirty towels laying about and overflowing bins.

This was just a quick one night stop for us, for the price It was actually much nicer than I expected, hotel is reasonable, restaurants, a little pricey, but very clean and comfortable.

For a quick overnight, it was great, but nothing is really close by so for someone without a car or wanting to check out the local area it’s not really convenient for that

wasn't the first stay, wasn't the last

Good breakfast, though fewer options compared to my last stay. The bright clock underneath the TV was not in the room. Beds were decent and everything was clean. Will definitely come back in the future.

The Twin rooms have the issue of badly placed power sockets.

I come here any time I am around Maintal for work. This time I got a room 314 which really needs to be fixed in few things. Normally I have no problem with the hotel but this time it was disappointing . Also somebody entered the room while I was there, at 8.30am it was a man and I don't think is safe for my belonging. What would happen if somebody goes in and out take an expensive watch from a customer at 8.30 am in the morning? Who would believe about anybody entering the room?

expressive performance for the guests who are accomadating dor business

The staff was great . parking, breakfast, bar was expressive Heating of rooms were excellent.

Cleaning of the room was mediocre. ( there was spider web between ceiling and wall 🫣 , the top of bathroom light was not clean there was so much dust on it)

comfortable for one night

Check-in took place at 21:30 (in a hurry), at 22:00 the doors close. Parking is convenient (unguarded, near the hotel). At first, the number was not cleaned (the employees forgot, they did not work well), they replaced it with another - 315 (refuse - all night there is noise from below, rolling trays with dishes). I also ask you to wash the glass partition in the bathroom during cleaning - it is very dirty. The breakfast is good, there is a choice.

Noisy in the room below, dirty in the bathroom, inattentiveness of the staff - at first they put us in a dirty, untidy room, although it was already 9:30 pm!!!!

The staff were very friendly, lovely breakfast buffet, good mattress, air conditioned and could open windows when wanted.
