Niska cena i dobra lokalizacja - obiekt w pobliżu Dworca Gdańskiego, metra i przystanków autobusowych. W pobliżu kilka sklepów spożywczych. Właściciel pomocny, wyposażenie bardzo podstawowe, ale wygodne.
Brudnawa kuchnia, ale to jedyny mój większy problem. Mieszkanie jest na ostatnim piętrze, gdzie nie dojeżdża winda, zamiast łóżka ma rozsuwaną sofę, ale wszystko to jest jasno powiedziane w ogłoszeniu.

Отличное месторасположение. В 10-15 минутах ходьбы торговый цент Аркадия. Рядом с жильем есть практически все типы транспорта, удобный путь в центр города. Относительно низкая цена по сравнению с другими объектами
Грязный липкий пол, волосы в сливе душа, несоответствие изображений в объявлении с фактическим содержанием жилья. Грязные полотенца с пятнами. Грязный утюг. В целом, сильно грязное жилье, требующее ремонта и ухода. В первый день проживания в ванной комнате отсутствовала вода по неизвестной причине
