Зручне розташування, легко потрапити у квартиру, приємний вайб в цілому
Пильно, у квартирі дуже слабо прибирають, була навіть не мита тарілка, пошарпані стільці з яких постійно сипеться оздоблення, дверцята душа не закриваються щільно та бовтаються, ліжко роздовбане та перехиляеться з одного боку

The location of the place was excellent. Lots of connections to buses and trams. Near a lot of lovely restaurants and cafes. The place is tastefully done. The place is well equipped with all the amenities. The owner was prompt in replying to requests.
Although the place is tastefully done, some of the furniture is a bit dated and needs a bit refreshing. The only negative is that the neighbours kept talking on the balcony till 2 or 3 in the morning, one night it was 5 in the morning, making it quite disturbing to get a good night's sleep. Maybe the owner needs to speak to them. Also the sofa bed is not comfortable. Maybe just have a bed.
