Entering the building was easy, however, collecting the keys from the lock box on the door was troublesome. The code provided was not accurate. I had to call the helpline several times, before someone actually answered the phone. In the meantime, I sent emails via Booking as well, but those were answered approximately 5hrs later (in the evening), providing the new code for the lock box. Traveling with an infant, being stuck in the hallway was uncomfortable and stressful. The flat itself was convenient, as in the pictures. You could hear some sounds from the upper floor through the bathroom, but that was just one evening and not for long. Otherwise, the isolation in the building seems to be good. The tram stop nearby provides easy connections to different parts in Warsaw, including the train station and center.

The host's responsiveness., as I mentioned above. I also asked if it would be possible to check in an hour ahead of the check-in time, due to traveling with an infant. I was told they'll check the possibility (although on their site I later read that's a no-go) and came back to me with a negative answer due to the busy load across their sites.

The location is amazing. Zabka right next to the building and Westfield Arkadia mall is a 5 minute walk away

I thought the bed was uncomfortable, need to press the buttons on the tv remote very hard to work. Hood for the stove did not work. Also would’ve been nice to have at least two lounge chairs on the balcony instead of one.

Панорамные окна напротив окон других квартир. Практически постоянно нужно держать шторы закрытыми. Но для короткого проживания это не критично
