JessApart– Babka Tower Apartment

The apartment had plenty of space for our families (9 people total) and a common kitchen with two bathrooms, so logistically it was perfect for us. It also stayed relatively cool during summer, around 25-30 degrees outside. Pretty quiet too, considering it's next to some busy roads and part of a large complex. Host was great showing us everything.

The shower (the blue one in the bathroom with the egg shaped toilet ) in the second bathroom needs to be ripped out and renovated. It drained very slowly so you had a bath at your feet by the end, the floor was not sloped to the drain so some water remained, and it had no ventilation when closed, so smelled very strongly of black mold. I felt gross being in it. Otherwise the second bathroom was fine, the first one was great. One other negative, there is only one parking spot reserved for the apartment. We had 3 cars so this complicated things but we found other parking nearby.

Secure, close to large shopping centre. 20 minutes walk from the old town. Clean bedding. Comfortable and large enough for 4 people.

Found a piece of broken glass on the floor. Workmen in nearby appartment from before 8am every morning, very loud. Shower leaked into the bathroom floor.

Good location - few tram stops from the old town and most places of interest in Warsaw.

It is not actual 3 bedroom apt, 1 „bedroom” is just a „balcony” extension of the other one. Furniture is faulty and some tiles fell off from the wall in that extended „bedroom”.

The apartment was close to Westfield Arkadia Shopping Centre and all necessary towels and sheets were provided.

The level of cleanliness was very lacking, particularly in the kitchen and the kettle was moldy. The shower door sealer needs to be replaced which led to lots of water leaking out of the shower when showering.
