Mennica Residence Central Apartments by Renters Prestige

The apartment was in a great location and was absolutely sparkling clean. There are convenience stores and restaurants right below the apartment, which was extremely convenient, and it is also just a short walk from the food court at Norblin. The air conditioning was a big plus, and having both a dishwasher and washing machine was very convenient. The Nespresso machine was a nice touch, and the toiletries, bed linens and towels were all fresh and clean.

The dining table was extremely wobbly, to the point that we could not comfortably sit and eat at it. The dining chairs were also quite worn out—one had a nail protruding from the seating area, and another was broken around the seat, which felt unsafe. There was also very little natural sunlight in the apartment because a large building directly in front of the balcony blocks most of the light. The sofa bed was another concern. It was quite uneven and uncomfortable, and it did not feel sturdy enough for adults to sleep on. It seemed more suitable for children than grown-ups.
