Lokalizacja na plus, blisko centrum i w okolicy sporo sklepów, bardzo czytelne informacje jak się zameldować.
Na uwagę na pewno zasługuje brak mydła pod prysznicem i obok zlewu, dosłownie była resztka, poplamione prześcieradło, na sofie były plamy, rozwalony wentylator na balkonie, balkon brudny, zepsuty czajnik(brak przełącznika).
