Was clean, comfortable bed.

At arrival, the front door would not close properly from the inside. I had to struggle every time to open or lock it. The owner sent someone to fix it the next day, but in the meantime I had to leave the keys behind and rely on concierge to let me in, which was inconvenient and clearly not ideal for them either. The following day, the bathroom door handle stopped working as well. At first, the owner implied that I simply didn’t know how to open it and told me to relax and try again. Eventually, someone was sent to repair it, but I was left without access to the bathroom until 1 PM. The iron which I really needed was totally burnt, I reported it with no response. While most of the issues were eventually addressed, having multiple problems with doors during such a short stay made the experience stressful and inconvenient.
