Great location, close to the tram and bus stops, shops and a breakfast place. Very quiet, comfy room, clean and well maintained.

Underground parking, clean rooms, location is quite good - near arcadia. The room was big enough, with a sofa bed and a normal sized table, so work is possible here too. Internet was very good, with a router inside the room.
Parking in the underground is manual - a person needs to let you in, would be excelent if it was automated with number plates.

Location of property is on the Main road close to Tram and bus stop. Room is spacious and wardrobes are available plenty. Secured access for the room guest.

Card to the room was at the reception desk. Wish there was more information provided around location of the room (was just told 5 floor). There were two people at the reception it would have been nice if one spent a moment explaining where to go from the lift and maybe go up with me to show and make
Me feel more welcome. Maybe explain canteen opening hours and local places to eat
I didn’t sleep well at all. I could hear peoples conversations and tv, first night there was a family in room 517 I think on the right and children were crying at night. In the room 519 couple we’re watching tv till late at night. I tried to sleep but it wasn’t possible,
