Clean and generally comfortable apartment with a well-equipped kitchen, everything in good condition. Plenty of towels, pillows, and bed linens provided. Good water pressure, dishwasher available. Located directly across from a large mall. New building with an elevator.
Cold air was blowing strongly from all windows, making it uncomfortable to sit on the couch or sleep in the bedroom. The bathroom lock was broken and the door scratched loudly on the floor. The hairdryer didn’t work, and there was no shower kit. Although the apartment was already ready, instead of simply giving us the entry code, the hosts tried to charge extra for a 2-hour early check-in, ignoring my message that I was traveling with a baby who needed to sleep.
