Lokalizcja mieszkania super! Zaraz przy bloku przystanek autobusowy i tramwajowy. Na dole sklepy. Okolica bardzo cicha i spokojna. Bardzo dobre połączenie do centrum. Mieszkanie przestronne.

Patiko, nes miesto viduryje. Viskas pasiekiama parduotuvė, tramvajus.
Neveikiantis šaldytuvas - pusė produktų sugedo, ne itin švaru.

Расположение. Логистика. Очень зеленый и ухоженный ЖК. Магазины, рестораны, кафе - рядом. Недалеко расположен симпатичный парк. Удобно Добираться до центра. несколько остановок на трамвае. остановка прямо напротив подъезда.
Впервые столкнулся с депозитом. Дополнительным. наверное были плохие клиенты ранее. Но правда - вернули в течение 2-х дней.

Jedynym plusem była czysta i świeża pościel. Poza tym standard niestety nie odpowiada opisowi ani cenie. Mam nadzieję, że właściciel poprawi stan czystości i zadba o naprawę usterek, ponieważ lokal ma potencjał, ale w obecnym stanie trudno go polecić.
Niestety jestem bardzo rozczarowana pobytem w tym apartamencie. Po przyjeździe zastałam bardzo niski poziom czystości – w mieszkaniu było dużo kurzu, szafki w kuchni kleiły się, a ogólne wrażenie było po prostu nieprzyjemne. Dodatkowo w apartamencie było sporo widocznych uszkodzeń, co również wpływa na komfort pobytu.
