The apartment is located in a quiet area with supermarkets and cafes close by and the metro station is just 5 min walking. The balcony indeed has a nice view. It also offers parking for free which is a plus. The parking spot is right in front of the building.
The AC was clearly not cleaned properly, if it was ever cleaned at all, as it had a very strange and unpleasant smell.

Chỗ nghỉ có chỗ đỗ xe riêng rất tiện lợi . Chủ nhà dễ dàng liên hệ và hỗ trợ nhiệt tình . Từ đây đi các điểm trong thành phố rất gần . Các điểm chúng tôi muốn đến đều cách nhà chỉ 10-15 phút đi xe . Căn hộ đầy đủ tiện nghi đủ để tôi cảm thấy như ở nhà . Căn hộ không hẳn là quá xuất sắc nhưng điều tôi nhận được là sự dễ chịu nên tôi để điểm tối đa .

I really liked the apartment; it was comfortable—comfy mattresses, fresh bedding and towels, and cleanliness. The balcony overlooks a quiet courtyard, and there's a dedicated parking space in the courtyard. There's a store and pharmacy across the street. We were pleased with our stay and the interaction with the administrator.
