Apartments "Wolska Residence"

The room is cosy, quite well equipped, there is a small balcony to the inner yard.

Sometimes we could smell cigarette smoke, but have not figured out whether it was ventilation or specific airflow fault. Also, there was only one fork :-| But several spoons! :)

It’s comfortable and good location

It’s not I didn’t like but almost every time I am there I found dirt here and there and that’s annoying

I like everything about the apartment. I will definitely use the same place on my next visit to Warsaw.

The location was good for my needs, most things I was interested in were in walking distance.

The instructions on how to get into the property or how to figure out parking were not provided. It’s not very clear since the parking is on the other side of the building and it’s restricted so the security have to open up the barrier gate for you to go in, but there were no instructions on how to contact security, the ring button next to the gate does not work so you have to call the telephone number to get anyone to open it up for you. The reception was not helpful at all, they just said that since the apartment is not managed by the same company as the reception is they cannot do anything. The person that owns the property is not on location so you need to call to get anything sorted out. Specific instructions with images would have been way more helpful but all we received before arriving is just an apartment door code. Also Wi-Fi was not working at the property, so that’s a big minus, we couldn’t get it working even when we typed in all the codes provided by the owner, it still was not working and even setting up process was ridiculously complicated. There was no microwave at the property, no AC, the furniture was pretty run down and the refrigerator freezer door is broken. It didn’t look like the property was cleaned properly either when we arrived.
