Położenie na osiedlu Zielony Żoliborz. Sprawna komunikacja smsowa z zarządzającym lokalem.

Mimo wysokiego piętra, słychać jeżdżące na dole pociągi.

Świetna lokalizacja, piękny widok na Warszawę, duża kuchnia, bardzo wygodne łóżko, parking podziemny.

Mieszkanie zdecydowanie potrzebuje generalnego sprzątania.

The room, the location, and the host were all exceptional.

The apartment was slightly difficult to navigate.

Spacious and clean. My son and I flew into Warsaw late night so we were looking for something to just spend the night and relax from our trip before heading out in the morning. It was nice that it was near a Zabka (small polish convenience store that's everywhere in Poland), and away from busy roads in Warsaw. The residence is part of a larger apartment complex so it of course felt and was safe.

So the main thing, and to start, it was my fault for not seeing this was a non-AC apartment (for whatever reason, booking.com sometimes tricks me even after I filter to 'AC'), BUT, even if I was to select it how it was, the balcony and windows face a railroad track 50 meters away from the apartment. It's not one line of tracks, it's several... and with a station right there. It was particularly hot in Warsaw when we flew in, so my son and I had to keep the windows open at night, but I can't imagine it being that much quieter with the windows closed. The number of trains passing through was roughly one every 30 minutes throughout the night. The sleep we got was not great, let alone the price paid for access to free noise from trains passing by. If one is an insomniac train enthusiast, by all means, go for it. It seems the train track was there before the whole apartment complex was built... makes one wonder how the developer of the complex even got the approval to build in the first place... and for anyone actually living there; the thought process to pick a unit facing the train track side.
