Location. Fairly quiet. Competitively priced but… see - what I did not like bonus free underground parking
Need some cleaning. Sofa bed good for sitting but bumpy for sleeping, bedding linen small and with stains. Fridge needs defrosting. Shower descaling. Washing machine makes right noises but does not work(wash)

The flat is excellent. Very convenient and has lots of facilities. The bed needs a change, the double bed is not comfortable at all. Also general cleanliness can be be better.

Location next to tram stop and Westfield Arkadia, free underground parking, fast response in kitchen you get everything you need even oil, sugar, salt and etc. Looks like a new building and it looks safe with calm neighbours.
Bed was uncomfortable and the bedding could be more clean.

Pokój ładny i,przestronny i czysty.
Nie podobało mi się parze rzeczy.Pieresze to ,że łóżko nie nadaje się do spania,jest w fatalnym stanie technicznym .Rano bolało całe ciało.Drugie brak papieru toal.jrden to mało na te dni .Trzecie ,brodzik się zapychał,i były niesprawne piloty Rozładowane baterie to tv .Pościel spadała z kołdry . Pozdrawiam serdecznie
