P&O Serviced apartments CH ARKADIA 2

The flat was big enough for 3 people. Nice kitchen area and spacious bathroom. The flat was very quiet , warm and cosy even though it was quite cold outside. I liked the big table with chairs, bookshelf with books , piano.and balcony area.

There was no Internet. The wifi name and password didn't work. Even after communication with staff and following their advice didn't help. Hope the problem is solved now for new visitors. TV set in the bedroom didn't work at all, and TV in the living room was a nightmare to switch on/ off as the remote controls are old and well worn or need battery changed. Kitchen space was OK, but there was random stuff that nobody needed, ie. Coffee machine, but no capsules provided, old juicer, smoothie naker or random plates, plenty of wine glasses but only 2 random glasses for juice.

Best location you can get. Everything walking distance of 5 minutes or less Close to: Metro Mall Tram Railway Bus Stops

Felt a bit random

Very good facilities, washing machine, complete kitchen, big living room

Having had to go to take a taxi to the office to pay for the deposit because all the onlinr payment option is not generally for foreigners (eg Blik). Having stayed for 9 nights ideally there should be some cleaning done. at least to empty the trash can. Texted hem on how to do it but got no response.

it was a good location, had different shops around . was also a closed off area which made us feel safe

there wasn’t any toilet roll , tea or coffee , it was just an empty apartment. think it should of had more things to cater it’s customers
