The flat isn't very big, but it's cosy. Some people have mentioned that it could use some updating, but it's really not that bad. While some things are older, I didn't find it to be a problem, as nothing was broken and everything still looked fine. I was especially impressed by the introduction message from the host—it included everything I needed and even more information than I expected. Since I arrived late at night, this was incredibly convenient. For example, they even provided a video showing how to get through the gates and find everything. The flat is also very close to the Old Town on foot, and the bus stop is nearby as well, making it a great choice for any kind of trip, whether for vacation or business.

While the flat does have a washing machine, no washing powder or capsules were provided, and there wasn’t even basic kitchen essentials like salt or pepper. The most disappointing aspect, however, was the communication. The initial message was great, but when they informed me that some examine work needed to be done in the flat, they mentioned a specific time they would come, but their responses afterward were slow. There was no follow-up to confirm that the work was completed or that everything was in order. The worst part was when I needed assistance. From the very beginning, I mentioned that I would require an invoice, and they sent me a link to fill out a form. I completed it, but by the end of my stay, I still hadn’t received the invoice. I sent a message, but there was no reply. I also reached out about the lack of trash bags, but again, no response. Eventually, they replied about the invoice, claiming they had already sent it, but I found that hard to believe as I hadn’t received anything. Even after I followed up again, there was no response. Finally, I filled out the form once more, and only then did I receive the invoice—without any accompanying message, explanation, or acknowledgment.

Close to Stare Miasto and the city centre. Easy check in and check out even in the middle of the night. Secure gates. Looked exactly like on pictures.

I was charge extra for rate exchange, it should’ve been £205 and the price charged was £222. My bank doesn’t charge me for this. Broken fridge, no tablets for nespresso coffee machine.
