The location is perfect. Bed was quite okay. The flat was good size.
Water from the shower was rusty. The towels and bedding weren't clean but had dirt spots. The pillows were probably good 10 years ago. The apartment had something that made my asthma and allergies go wild. The sofa smelled like someone had peed in it. Someone had put dirty dishes in the cuppoard. The apartment was on the top floor and there's no elevator.
