Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, μέσα στην πόλη, και μπορείς να πας παντού με τα πόδια. Πολύ κοντά υπάρχουν επίσης μετρό και λεωφορεία, κάτι που το κάνει ακόμη πιο βολικό. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν πολύ καλός και εξυπηρετικός. Υπάρχει ένα θέμα με την καθαριότητα, το οποίο όμως δεν οφείλεται στον ίδιο, αλλά στην ομάδα καθαρισμού. Θεωρώ ότι είναι ιδανικό για έως 4 άτομα. Εμείς μείναμε 4 άτομα μαζί με ένα μωρό και μας εξυπηρέτησε πολύ καλά.
Υπάρχει ένα θέμα με την καθαριότητα, το οποίο όμως δεν οφείλεται στον ίδιοκτητη, αλλά στην ομάδα καθαρισμού.

La ubicación es genial, ya que está a 5 min del centro histórico de la ciudad vieja. Muy cómodo a la hora de movernos y con varios supermercados cerca. Piso muy reformado y limpio. Las camas y el sofá cama son cómodos. Muy contentos con la estancia. Nos permitieron dejar las mochilas en el alojamiento sin coste alguno tras el check-out.
Algunas almohadas eran excesivamente rígidas y las placas de la cocina no funcionaban bien.

Ho prenotato per 5 persone e mio figlio ha dormito sopra un divano che non era divano letto. Gli asciugamani piccoli per la doccia con pochissimo sapone a disposizione. L' appartamento non pulito adeguatamente con forno sporco e TV solo come mobile ma non funzionante. Alla partenza non ho trovato più un carica batteria del mio iPhone tenuto sempre in camera da letto. Per il resto l'appartamento si trova in una buonissima posizione rispetto al centro e gli spazi abbastanza ampi. Comunque deluso.
