Bardzo sympatyczna i pomocna pani ponadto pokój ładny i czysty wszystko co niezbędne dostęp do łazienki osobno sama ubikacja z zlewem i dostęp do wspólnej kuchni winda mieszkanie składa się z 4 pokoi z wspólną łazienką i kuchnią za ta cenę to bardzo dobra opcja
W sumie nie że nie podobało ale musi być świadomość ze nie masz tam osobnej swojej łazienki o czym jest napisane no i jest naprawdę w sierpniu gorąco brak klimy można pomyśleć chociaż o wiatraku na pokój

Dość duży pokój w kilkupokojowym mieszkaniu. Podstawowe potrzeby spełnione. Łóżko, dostęp do wspólnej łazienki i kuchni. Dość czysto, przystanek tramwajowy niedaleko, lokalizacja ok.
Drugi raz nie zdecyduję się na wynajem pokoju w mieszkaniu, gdzie nie mam wpływu na to, kto zajmuje inne pokoje, jest wspólna kuchnia i łazienka, a na miejscu nie ma nikogo, kto dbałby o bezpieczeństwo. Dodatkowo w przedpokoju lampa na czujnik ruchu, która gasła dość szybko i trzeba było chodzić w ciemności lub cofać się do drzwi wejściowych by się ponownie zapaliła.
