ROOMs Krochmalna 3

- Relatively cheaper than a hotel (but you have to share the bathroom) - quite clean for an apartment (both the room and the bathroom) - quite close to the tram stop - a supermarket that closes late close by - very nice host that let me leave my luggage / enter the apartment earlier before my check in time because my plane arrived early

- I did not know where to find the key until a guy who also stayed there showed me the "safes" (which are actually the four to five key boxes screwed on the wall outside the main door (like a doorbell) (though I asked the host a few times but perhaps due to language barrier the host cannot explain it clearly to me where it is) (If booking.com allows the host to send customers pictures, it may be better) - There were like two intercom like machine down at the glass door entrance at the ground floor lobby where the security guard sits (I was told by the other guy later that I needed to use the left one not the right one) - There were two entrances to the building (but only the one close to the security guard can be used to access the building with the password given by the host. The other one is for the residents to exit or maybe use a key to enter? - The flat was divided into four or five rooms with a shared kitchen and a shared bathroom (there is no window in the kitchen, so it can get a bit stuffy when nobody opens their own room - The main door to the apartment was a bit difficult to lock or unlock - corridor outside is a bit dark - You may have to find a luggage storage place (Eg: Zlote Tarasy -1 level with a fee) outside after checkout as it is usually difficult for an apartment host to keep your luggage for you

- pokój został wysprzątany - pościel była świeża - można było zakluczyć pokój - trafiły nam się miłe współlokatorki:)

- zamek w drzwiach wejściowych nie działał - jeden ręcznik i jedna poduszka (w pokoju dla 2 osób) - właściciele mogliby zostawić w kuchni min. 2/3 gąbki do zmywania

It was very clean, comfortable and warm. Everything was working properly and the location was great.

I bought food (cheddar cheese and ham) and 2 days later I came back home to find it gone, I presume after the cleaners came to clean up. The rules said that spoiled food would be thrown away, but as I said, I had only bought it two days before and it was NOT spoiled. My shampoo bottle was 4/5 empty that day as well, it was also brand new. Don't know what happened but it left a bad taste.
