At check-in, the tourist tax payment of €5 per person per night will be required, and a rental contract will be compiled and signed, which will also include the details of a credit card in the guests' name as a guarantee for damages.

Flat was clean and well equipped. Comfortable bed. Light. Very quiet.
We needed instructions for the heating thermostat. The shower was a bit small, hand shower bracket loose.

It's not enough lamp light in the evening in the living room. Maybe additional lamp could be installed there.

Location is centralized in northern Venice. Very nicely decorated and modern. Great amenities and easy check in. Bed was very comfortable. (Only negative is multiple flights of stairs to reach the property.) Would stay again if our travels bring us back to Venice.
