Location excellent. Good storage space.
It was in need of various bits of maintenance and repairs . A bit of a musty smell which they tried to disguise with air fresheners

This place is excellent! Perfect location, close to the train station, to many nice restaurants and cafes, and also to a supermarket! It was fully equipped and very spacious for our group of four. Despite it's location, there was no noise at night. It was very easy to find and our host answered all our questions very fast and to the point. I highly recommend it for a stay in Venice.
all was great :)

the location was very convenient, and the apartment was spacious with plenty of room.
The shutters in the apartment could not be opened properly, so it was quite dark inside most of the time. There were also no mosquito screens on the windows, and unfortunately there were a lot of mosquitoes. There were several mosquito repellent devices in the apartment, but all of them were empty and therefore not usable. There was also a noticeable smell of sewage in the apartment. Tea bags were provided, but it would have been nice to have at least two coffee capsules for the first day.
