About this house rental
The charming vacation home “Hänsel” is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in the forest community “de Borg” at Rehweg 166. It is one of two semi-detached homes, “Hänsel and Gretel,” which can also be booked together if desired. The adjoining terraces can be used both separately and together.

Ground Floor:
“Hänsel’s” kitchen is equipped with a microwave, oven, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer.
The living room features an internet-enabled satellite TV, a DVD player, and a stereo system.
A guest restroom and a storage room are also located on the first floor.
First Floor:
All three bedrooms are located on the upper floor.
There is also a bathroom with a shower, toilet, washing machine, and dryer.
The living area is fully tiled, and the bedrooms have PVC flooring.
Attic:
Optionally, a bedroom with two beds in the converted attic can also be used.
Garden:
In the adjacent garden, there is a small shed that offers space for bicycles or other travel gear you bring along.

We’re also happy to welcome your four-legged friend. However, please note that pets must remain on the first floor, as not all guests wish to sleep in a bed where dogs have previously slept. We reserve the right to charge additional cleaning fees retroactively in the event of improper behavior.

Bed linens, towels, and dish towels are not included in the price and must be brought with you or can be booked as an optional add-on for €14 per person.

Not far from the vacation home is the Schloss Dankern Vacation Center (approx. 900 m) as well as Lake Dankern (approx. 500 m), which is perfect for water sports and swimming.
Furthermore, Haren and the surrounding area offer a wide range of recreational activities, and the beautiful Emsland region provides plenty of opportunities for long walks and bike rides.
Within a radius of about 15 km, you’ll find, for example, a horseback riding center, a go-kart track, a golf course, a dredger park, or a trampoline park.
A visit to the city of Papenburg could also enhance your vacation.
