The first floor is wheelchair-accessible and features a dream living room and a terrace facing the lake, as well as 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs. Upstairs, there are 2 more bedrooms and another bathroom.

A relaxing vacation in a new, very well-equipped vacation home!! The kitchen is fully equipped with top-quality appliances. Relax on the terrace overlooking the lake and enjoy the sunset.

As soon as you step into the light-filled entryway of this 160-square-meter house, you’ll feel right at home. When you step through the large, double-leaf glass door into the living, dining, and kitchen area, you’ll have an unobstructed view of the lake from every part of the space! Every room on the first floor has fly screens on the relevant windows and doors. To ensure that even tall people and those who rely on assistive devices can move freely on the first floor, all doors are taller and wider. The walk-in showers are fully accessible, at least 1.10 m wide, and feature a towel warmer. The entire house is equipped with electric roller shutters and in-floor heating. Three of the four bedrooms feature wall-mounted 42-inch televisions. Both the spacious terrace and the entrance to the tool shed are covered by a glass roof, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors even during a light drizzle.

Another spacious swimming lake is located about a 2-minute walk away in the neighborhood; it also features a non-swimmerand is also free to use. An even larger swimming lake is just under 2 km away. And a particularly great swimming lake with a water ski facility is located just about 8 km away.

Within walking distance is a small restaurant with an outdoor terrace and a mini-golf course.

In the lake park, just a few minutes’ walk away, you can rent a small heated indoor swimming pool (approx. 9 x 4 m) along with a Finnish sauna. This can also be booked on-site. There is no pool in the vacation home itself.

The nearest supermarkets are located about 2 and 3 km away, respectively, both with bakeries, in the town of Walchum. The nearest larger towns with big supermarkets, about 10 km away, are Dörpen, Haren, and Lathen.

There are VERY many options for day trips in the area. And it’s just over an hour’s drive to the coast. The town of Papenburg, which is well worth a visit, is only about a 30-minute drive away, and Leer is about 40 minutes away.

Upon arrival, the beds will be made, and one large and one small towel will be provided for each booked guest. The linens package also includes 2 dish towels. Every vacation booking must include a linens package.

In the surrounding area, it cannot be entirely ruled out that construction activity may occur again under certain circumstances.

Group gatherings and parties are not permitted here!

At this vacation home, you may bring one small to medium-sized dog. You can include this in your booking during the reservation process; otherwise, you’ll need to pay for it later.
