A new and very tastefully furnished house!!
A relaxing vacation in a new and very well-equipped vacation home!! On the terrace facing the lake, you can enjoy the day and even go for a quick swim.
The living room with a view of the lake is beautiful, as is the view of the cozy electric fireplace.
The house is very cozy and stylishly furnished. By the way, all bedrooms have TVs. The master bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower. Even guests with limited mobility will feel very comfortable in this spacious, fully ground-level home.
The terrace facing the lake is covered, which certainly makes sitting outside in the evening more enjoyable and allows you to stay out longer...
The single-story house features:
a very spacious living room
with a large dining table
an open kitchen
2 bedrooms, each with a double bed
1 bedroom with 2 single beds
2 bathrooms, each with a wheelchair-accessible rain shower—PGJyPgA baby crib and a high chair are available for rent
Another spacious swimming lake is located within walking distance in the neighborhood; which also features a non-swimmer section and is free to use. An even larger swimming lake is just under 2 km away. And a particularly great swimming lake with a water ski facility is located just about 8 km away.
Within walking distance is a small restaurant with an outdoor terrace and a mini-golf course.
At the lake park, you can also rent a small heated indoor swimming pool (approx. 9 x 4 m) along with a Finnish sauna. This can also be booked on-site. The house itself does not have a pool.
Another spacious swimming lake is located about a 2-minute walk away in the neighborhood; it also has a non-swimmer section and is free to use. An even larger swimming lake is just under 2 km away. And a particularly great swimming lake with a water ski facility is located just about 8 km away.
Within walking distance is a small restaurant with an outdoor terrace and a mini-golf course.

The nearest supermarkets are located about 2 and 3 km away, respectively, both with bakeries, in the town of Walchum. The nearest larger towns with big supermarkets, about 10 km away, are Dörpen, Haren, and Lathen.
There are VERY many things to do in the area. And it’s just over an hour’s drive to the coast. The town of Papenburg, which is well worth a visit, is only about a 30-minute drive away, and Leer is about 40 minutes away.
Upon arrival, the beds will be made, and one large and one small towel will be provided for each booked guest. The linens package also includes 2 dish towels. Every vacation booking must include a linens package.
Group gatherings and parties are not permitted here!
Up to 2 dogs may be accommodated at this vacation home. You can include them in your booking during the reservation process; otherwise, you’ll have to pay for them later.
