About this house rental
Very well-maintained vacation home/bungalow located in Seepark with a swimming lake.
Bright and modern furnishings. Fenced-in garden. 2 bedrooms on the nearly barrier-free first floor. Upstairs, there are 4 additional sleeping accommodations.
Quiet, green location in Seepark with a swimming lake. Restaurant and small swimming pool on site. Many opportunities for day trips.
The spacious living-dining room is located on the first floor with access to the patio and garden. The first floor is nearly barrier-free.
On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and TV.
There is also a bathroom on the first floor with a shower and tub.
The spacious upstairs room features a double bed. There is also a single bed that can be pulled out to form a double bed (best suited for teenagers). There is also a children’s play area here with toys and a chalkboard.
A cozy couch with a reading lamp also invites you to relax or watch TV up here.
The garden has two terraces, one of which is covered (approx. 15 square meters), as well as a flat lawn that serves as an ideal play area.
The garden is completely enclosed by a hedge or fence.
Next to the house is a carport with a second parking space in front of it; there are also additional parking spaces across the street.
The swimming lake with a sandy beach in the vacation home area is a 2-minute walk away and can be used free of charge (though dogs are not allowed). This beautiful swimming lake also has a shallow area for non-swimmers and young children.
An even larger swimming lake is located just under 2 km away. And a particularly great swimming lake with a water ski facility is located just about 8 km away.
Within walking distance is a small restaurant with an outdoor terrace and a mini-golf course.
In the lake park, just a few minutes’ walk away, you can rent a small heated indoor swimming pool (approx. 9 x 4 m) along with a Finnish sauna. This can also be booked on-site. There is no pool in the vacation home itself.
The nearest supermarkets are located about 2 and 3 km away, respectively, both with bakeries, in the town of Walchum. The nearest larger towns with big supermarkets, about 10 km away, are Dörpen, Haren, and Lathen.
There are VERY many options for day trips in the area. And it’s just over an hour’s drive to the coast. The town of Papenburg, which is well worth a visit, is only about a 30-minute drive away, and Leer is about 40 minutes away.
Upon arrival, the beds will be made, and one large and one small towel will be provided for each booked guest. The linens package also includes 2 dish towels. Every vacation booking must include a linens package.
Group gatherings and parties are not permitted here!
Up to 2 dogs may be accommodated at this vacation home. You can include them in your booking during the reservation process; otherwise, you’ll have to pay for them later.
