About this house rental
Our popular vacation home, Marinapark 147, is located right in the idyllic Walchum marina and offers plenty of space for up to 6 people plus a baby in its 109 square meters. It’s ideal for a relaxing yet eventful family vacation in the Emsland region. An exclusive 5-star vacation home awaits you, complete with its own sauna, hot tub, and garden—all near the Ems River!
This exclusive vacation home offers you an attractive temporary home all year round. Thanks to its unique location with unobstructed views, you can enjoy your getaway close to nature and in absolute tranquility. The beautiful Emsland region and the surrounding area of Walchum offer numerous recreational activities for the whole family. Your dog is also a welcome guest upon request.
The first floor features a very spacious living room and a fully equipped, open-concept kitchen with an inviting dining area. Also on the first floor is a spacious bedroom with a large double bed (180x200) and a smart TV, as well as an adjoining bathroom with natural light, a shower, and a toilet.
On the upper floor of the house is a second bedroom with a large double bed (180x200) and bedroom No. 3 with two comfortable single beds (80x200)—both equipped with Smart TVs. The large, modern wellness bathroom is an absolute dream, featuring a Finnish sauna, a whirlpool for two people, and two comfortable sinks.
Outside, you’ll find our large, partially covered sun terrace with comfortable patio furniture and a grill. Enjoy socializing here or a glass of wine in the evening while watching beautiful sunsets.
The lawn is perfect for playing and relaxing.
