What I liked the most was the gentleman who checked us in and gave us all the necessary information. He tried to help us even more than expected. The environment was safe, everything we needed was 5 minutes away. And the market was 2 minutes away, where there were many nice things to eat. 300 meters away is the bus stop that takes you to the cruise ship for free.
There are no negatives.
