We had our own kitchenette, which we didn't use. The beds were clean and comfortable. It was a central location and a very cute apartment.
The main key did give us some trouble as it wouldn't unlock at times, or lock.

It is self catering. They provide a stove to cook your own meals. Comfortable room and good location. Close to cruise port.
It would be helpful for future guests if you add a kettle and WIFI to your property.
