I was staying at the property for the Seville Marathon. Couldn't think of any better place to stay. The place is 2km walk from the start line. Store nearby, one block away, with all the necessary items to prepare the meals at home. The kitchen is fully equipped: cooktop, pans, pot, microwave, fridge, utensils, Nespresso machine and more allowing to prepare basically any meal you want during the stay. There's plenty of space for family of 4 people. Washing machine is available, so no problem to keep things fresh for longer stays. Keys were easy to pick up from the lock box nearby the property, so accessing it wasn't an issue. Host was very helpful. When we arrived, kitchen didn't had a bigger bowl to prepare salad. We asked for it and got it next day. There are some restaurants and bars nearby, however the main city centre area is further away, but for us it was within a walking distance (20 minutes of walk).

La ubicación con respecto el lugar que teníamos el acto.

No me gustaron las almohadas dos de ellas inexistentes porque eran cojines, y las de la cama de matrimonio que eran súper bajas, la televisión no estaba sintonizada y sin posibilidad de hacerlo, se dio parte a la empresa gestora y no se hizo cargo de ninguna de nuestras quejas ya que viajábamos con niños, la cafetera italiana era inservible ya que la placa era de inducción y la cafetera no, el sofá cama tenías que vestirlo tú buscando las sábanas en un armario, el bidet no funcionaba correctamente no tragando el agua.
