Rita did a wonderful, wonderful job. She is efficient, calm, fast, and always smiling. In a word: wonderful! That said, the house itself needs some serious work.

Fridges: None of them work properly. Some don't work at all. In one, the freezer door is off its hinges and the interior door panel keeps falling out. Water: The hot water is inconsistent — sometimes there is hot water, sometimes not. The pressure is poor, and most of the shower handles need to be replaced. Lighting: The fixtures aren't strong enough. You need to add spotlights and switch everything over to LEDs. For example, the kitchen in the apartment on the side is so dark that it's impossible to do anything there. Access by car: Your listing should state very clearly that guests need to come with a vehicle high enough to make it to the house without being damaged on the way. This is a serious matter. On the bright side, the air conditioning works very well, the swimming pool is great, the washing machine works well, the beds are comfortable, and the house was clean enough.
