Perched on a hilltop, the villa is a tranquil haven while still being conveniently close to the historic town of Montefiascone. The town center, with its shops and amenities, is within walking distance. For added convenience, a public bus stop is just 500 meters away. Despite its proximity to the town, the villa provides absolute peace, perfect for relaxation.
Its elevated position makes it an ideal spot to enjoy stunning sunrises and sunsets over the lake.
Guests can gather all together on the ground floor in the dining room or outdoors in various areas: on the spacious patio with a fantastic lake view, equipped with a large barbecue and wood-fired oven, in the “Lilie” solarium, or in the BELVEDERE square.
A dirt path and a wooden staircase lead to a fountain with a natural spring, an orchard, and a small wooded area.
