Recommend to stay here. Great restaurant, pool & view

Great agriturismo with a pool with an amazing view! The good in het restaurant is great too, and the bread & croissants were the best I have had during my whole week in Italy.

Only downside was that it was noticeable that I was one of the only guests staying there. So for example sun beds were not at the pool by default etc, and it was completely deserted. But felt extra peaceful because of it as well.

Poor flexibility of the host to satisfy some requests. Price for value. The room and the bathroom were pretty basic. They charged us 30 euros for 2 small salads, 1 cake and 1 bottle of water! However the food was really good

The place is great, and the pool is nice, but I didn't like the fact that the young lady, probably the owner, decided by herself how much I can and must eat. 2 pieces of salami and 2 pieces of cheese are not enough, and you also get 2-day-old bread.

The room was clean and comfortable. The location was 13 minutes drive from Orte train station which was great for us. The view from the window was beautiful.

There was a strong smell of sewerage in the room (which comes from the vent in the toilet). The air conditioner didn't work. The breakfast was pretty late for us (started at 08:30 am) - so we didn't go there even though we paid for it.

OCD perfection

Superb in just about all aspects, with very friendly staff and the actual place is brearhtaking. Spotlessly clean and the grounds around the hotel are flawless. Absolutely OCD at its finest. I will definitely be back again.

My only - very minor - observations would be there was no extra cover for the bed, as the room was a little on the chilly side, and the towels in the bathroom were poor quality; more akin to something used at a cheap seaside resort, than a hotel of this standard.

Wonderful food and beautiful location. I drove up by myself on a whim, and was delighted how nice it was. The beds are European style, don't expect a plush mattress, but it's fine.

Beautiful scenery from rolling hills, a lovely pool that entices you to take a swim and delicious do

I love the views from the rolling hills, mountains and the quintessential town perch on top of the hill off in the distance. The birds chirping, the flowers blooming their sweet little blossoms and the gray cat chasing a prey in the bushes was a little piece of heaven for me.

The air conditioner did not work well. We opened the doors and windows to get a fresh breeze and that cooled the room down nicely. The room did get cold and we had to shut the windows in the early morning hours.

Très agréable surprise, une vue exceptionnelle. Chambre spacieuse avec terrasse. La.vue sur le domaine est très reposante Repas de grande qualité avec des produits locaux. La viande est excellente.

colazione a buffet top la struttura con piscina immersa nel verde e' molto bella e tranquilla

La struttura è molto bella e ben curata. Il panorama, la possibilità di una bella passeggiata nella tenuta con tanto di asinello(ben tenuto, curato) e ulivi. I tavolini davanti alla camera permettono relax.

Il ristorante. Bella la vista(colline e tramonto) servizio e cibo mediocri. Prezzi alti. Consiglio di investire x migliorare, ha delle ottime potenzialità.

L’accesso in piscina (molto bella e immersa nel verde) senza una doccia preliminare obbligatoria da fare installare nelle immediate vicinanze della vasca.

De locatie was simpelweg geweldig. Prachtige locatie met een heerlijk zwembad. Het restaurant bij de locatie was voortreffelijk en het ontbijt was geweldig.

Nascosto nella campagna a pochi minuti da Orte, questo agriturismo è la soluzione perfetta sia per chi come noi l'ha utilizzato come base per visitare i meravigliosi dintorni, sia per famiglie che vogliano godere in pieno relax una vacanza a bordo piscina circondati dal verde senza ansie per i più piccoli. Ottimo staff, camere spaziose e sempre pulite. Menzione speciale per il ristorante veramente di qualità specializzato in bistecche, sapientemente preparate e cucinate, ma in grado di soddisfare anche palati vegetariani.

Colazione eccezionale. Location molto tranquilla con ampi spazi. Soggiornando per una sola notte non abbiamo avuto tempo di sfruttare la piscina.
