Very quiet

The beds had bedbugs that actually destroyed our sleep! The private pool was frozen cold, we didn't manage to use it. Breakfast was extremely poor

Appartamento Luxury con piscina super consigliato!

Sorprendente! La struttura è molto più bella dal vivo! Eravamo due coppie, l’appartamento dispendeva di cucina, salotto, due camere con letto matrimoniale e due bagni e pezzo forte la piscina privata! La colazione è stata anche molto buona aveva cornetti caldi, crostate fatte in casa yogurt cereali e su richiesta frutta fresca! Alimenti anche gluten free. Consigliatissimo! Ristorante anche buono! Dolci eccellenti! Ottimo servizio.

Schönes Zimmer. Ansonsten sehr schlechter überteuerter Aufenthalt mit vielen Mängeln

Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war sehr gut, vor allem der Pool. Alles andere auch, wenn es denn funktioniert hätte. Die Dame vom Empfang hat sich sehr bemüht und für die Unannehmlichkeiten auch entschuldigt, aber das macht den Aufenthalt trotzdem nicht besser. Das Abendessen war von der Qualität her sehr gut.

Die Qualität der Zimmerausstattung und der Service waren katastrophal. Die Klima-Anlage hatte nicht funktioniert und wir mussten auf den Techniker warten, der dann auch kam waren aber in der Zimmernutzung eingeschränkt und die Anlage funktionierte nur zum Teil. Die Entschuldigung dann war zwar gut und nett, aber trotz der hohen Preisklasse, weder eine Geste (z.B. ein Espresso beim Abendessen umsonst oder den Hund kostenlos), noch ein preisliches Entgegenkommen. Bei der Preisklasse und den Mängeln eine Frechheit. Es ist auch schön, dass das Zimmer eine riesige Badewanne hat, aber wenn das Wasser keinen Druck hat und auch nur halb heiß wird, würde man ewig warten bis die Wanne voll ist, und dann wäre das Wasser kalt. Die Badewanne war mit ein Grund für die Zimmerbuchung und sie war so nicht nutzbar. Schlimm war das Frühstück. Hab es bei solcher Preisklasse noch nie erlebt, dass es noch nicht mal frisches Brot gab. Abgepackter Zwieback und der Service hat erst nach 10 Minuten überhaupt registriert dass wir das sind. Insgesamt stimmt hier das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis überhaupt nicht.

L’arredamento e la cura dei dettagli. Tanto gli spazi comuni quanto le stanze sono curate in ogni dettaglio. Ottimo anche il ristorante

Unico suggerimento: arricchirei il buffet della colazione con prodotti locali come salumi, formaggi e torte
