מקום מהמם עם נוף עוצר נשימה לאורבייטו, במיקום נוח קרוב לעיר.
שודרגנו לחדר מקסים שהיה נקי ונעים.
מאוריציו היה מאוד אדיב והפך את השהות שלנו למקסימה, והמליץ בסבלנות על מקומות לבקר בהם.
ארוחת הבוקר הייתה חמודה וטעימה מאוד.

Excelente localização, com uma linda vista sobre Orvieto.
Deram-nos um quarto onde era impossível impedir a luz de entrar pelas janelas logo de madrugada (janelas sem portadas nem blackouts). Foram simpáticos e deram-nos outro quarto. Mas estava muito frio e o A/C só ventilava, sem aquecer. Pequeno-almoço muito pobre (quase nenhuma fruta, sumos artificiais). Não justifica o preço, de maneira nenhuma.
