Amazing

We loved the location. It’s not too far, but not too close to town. Very clean with an antique vibe. Super nice and friendly hosts that are easy to communicate with and very helpful. The pool was perfect temperature. Great recommendations left by the hosts. Plenty to do in Orvieto and a great spot to just relax. Overall we had an amazing time and would definitely recommend this spot to friends/family!

Nothing at all to complain about. My only suggestion to make an even greater stay would be to add a hammock to the property.

There are so many things we loved about this property. 7 ppl stayed at the villa and it had more then enough space to comfortably fit us all. It is extremely peaceful and remote and the perfect place to get away from it all and to completely relax. Our Host Raniero is a gracious and accommodating host. Anything we wanted or needed he was more then happy to help. This is an 18th century house completely renovated with antique furniture. We found the beds comfortable and water pressure amazing. The stove was modern and everything in the kitchens(there are 2) fit our needs. We cooked all our meals in this house and it was wonderful. It does have a dishwasher and washing machine which is helpful with big groups. The pool is so fantastic and an added bonus for staying cool from the umbrian sun. Our host comes and cleans the pool 2x a wk. I want to be clear in this review for those looking at this property and having real expectations on arrival. 1st , this is a remote location and the roads are gravel and single lane, therefore you need a car and go slow. The house has no air conditioning, however it is NOT needed it becauce there is such a glorious breeze that blows across the hilltop. Also all the windows have screens, so keep them open! To emphasize, the furniture is antique and a lot of love was poured into this house, which shows! All of us in the group stayed 2 weeks and we all wanted to stay longer. We would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for relaxation and a home away from home. We would book this house again without hesitation. It was perfect!

True countryside villa in the middle of vineyards and olive tree gardens. If you want to get away from everybody, this is the place.

You could wish for a bit better equipped kitchen, meaning plates, cups... and we missed one good coffee machine :) but these are only small details which will be improved, I am pretty sure.

Perfect verblijf voor familie en vrienden.

De ruimte in en om het huis is enorm. Dit is niet goed te zien aan de foto's. Ook heb je heel veel privacy. Heel erg vriendelijke eigenaar. Je krijgt een warm welkom. Goede communicatie. Overal horren is geweldig, geen enkele mug binnen gehad. Ook de warmte in het gebouw is erg goed te doen. Enkele avonden in juli soms zelfs een klein beetje fris gehad :). Er is ook veel te doen binnen een redelijke afstand. Tips: een dag een bootje huren bij Bolsena Rent Boats La Bussola. Een dag naar Bagnoregio (5 euro p/p). Orvieto Underground (Orvieto sotterranea).

Ik zou eigenlijk niet iets kunnen bedenken wat niet goed is, ik zou hier zeker weer naar toe gaan!
