Quite and lovely agriturismo.

Location was just 5 km from highway Rome - Florence, in a quite and charming location in the middle of olive groves. Staff was very kind and dinner (optional) was very delicious.

Cute, remote and super homely with gorgeous views from the room!

Very cute homely property. View / terrace in the room was incredible. Breakfast was made with lots of delicious local cakes Rooms were very spacious too and the local town was 5 mins away by car.

Sadly being low season the pool was not open yet - it opens next week. we missed this description so that was a shame.

Uncomfortable bed Poor breakfast The hot water boiler broke. No effort made to provide even the smallest amount of hot water from the kitchen gas stove or even the coffee machine just to wash my face with.

Marvelous views and friendly staff

The agriturismo is well placed in a quiet location with marvelous views. Staff is very friendly and available. We were out of the season, so did not used the pool. The bed is confortable and the room had a nice balcony to enjoy the views. Rooms are very clean. Breakfast is served with a warm welcome and is just sweet.

Prachtige locatie

Mooie B&B in een prachtige omgeving met een geweldig uitzicht op Carnaiola, een lieflijk dorpje in Umbrië. De kamer en de badkamer zijn wat gedateerd, maar de kamer heeft ook weer een prachtig uitzicht. Het bed is comfortabel. Het ontbijt was erg goed. De accommodatie heeft ook een mooi zwembad.

Als ik iets moet zeggen dan het volgende: Ik miste een kastje of plank in de badkamer om je toiletspullen op kwijt te kunnen. Maar goed op de grond was genoeg plek.

Posizione ottima per girare i dintorni di Orvieto e Terni. Location bellissima con piscina e panorama mozzafiato immerso nel verda. Proprietari e personale sempre attenti e gentilissimi. Cena e colazione ottimi. Consigliato, anche per famiglie con bimbi e neonati, senza dubbio da tornare :)

Esattamente quello che cercavamo

Posizione strategica in Val di Chiana, strategica per godere delle colline umbre e di quelle Toscane in egual maniera. Una struttura accogliente ed elegante, ma che riesce comunque a mantenere il gusto un po’ rustico dei casali toscani. Ottima anche la cucina del ristorante. Impossibile, infine, non ringraziare personalmente il signor Enrico per la conoscenza pressoché infinita dei dintorni e per il sorriso e la gentilezza con cui ci ha coccolati per tutta la durata del soggiorno. Torneremo sicuramente!

Un vrai havre de paix ! Nous avons eu un super accueil, le personnel est abordable et toujours souriant. Une mention spéciale à Enrico qui avait toujours un mot gentil, présent du matin jusqu’au soir et nous a bien aidé dans nos recherches de visites et balades dans la région. L’établissement est très bien tenu, très propre et bien équipé. La piscine est magnifique donnant sur un super panorama! Du choix au petit déjeuner et la qualité des repas avec un pizzaole sur place. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour notre séjour !

Potrei mettere 1stella.......almeno non diventa frequentatissimo😅. Ma non è giusto nei confronti di chi ci lavora... Do 5stelle, perché non ho mai trovato una struttura così. Ci sono stato con la famiglia per soli 4giorni.......per staccare la spina.... Cordialità meravigliosa da parte di tutto lo staff. La location da favola. Il cibo meraviglioso, anche una semplice "insalata di farro"....strepitosa, pizza, carne......senza parole. Piscina riscaldata e con angolo idromassaggio...... Nient'altro da dire. Continuate così!!! Torneremo sicuramente. 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏❤️

Soggiornare in mezzo al verde e alle campagne umbre!

Il posto è incantevole. Volevamo passare 4 giorni di relax e così è stato. Lo staff così come la proprietaria sono di una cordialità e una gentilezza infinita. Ti fanno sentire proprio coccolata. La zona piscina è sempre pulita e ordinata così come le camere. Il cibo è ottimo.

Fantastyczny pobyt ;-)

Miejsce jak z bajki! Cudowna cisza, przepiękne widoki na wzgórza i pola, a do tego przemiła obsługa. Pokój czysty, pachnący, w stylu rustykalnym – aż nie chce się wyjeżdżać. Idealne miejsce na odpoczynek i bazę do zwiedzania Toskanii. Na miejscu basen , w którym można się zrelaksować po całym dniu zwiedzania Zdecydowanie wrócimy! Obiekt identyczny jak na zdjęciach na booking.

Może zbyt skromne śniadania . Typowe włoskie na słodko. Więc jak ktoś lubi na słono to może być to małym minusem. Ale piękna okolica z pewnością to wynagradza. A na naszą prośbę w kuchni przygotowali potrawę z jajek na słono.

Bellissimo casale in pietra nella campagna umbra. Aperto l’anno scorso, e’ tutto nuovo. Anna la proprietaria è squisita, gentilissima e accogliente; ci siamo sentiti a casa. Colazione principesca con salato e dolci fatti in casa. La piscina e la zona spa con affaccio su un panorama incantevole, un vero quadro, avvicinano alla perfezione questa struttura. Ci torneremo!

Tre giorni in Umbria

È un posto bellissimo. La nostra stanza, anche se un po' piccolina, aveva tutto quello che occorreva ed era pulitissima. La cena molto buona e a fine serata ci sono stati offerti cantucci e zibibbo. Piscina, FAVOLOSA! Il personale è FANTASTICO. Ci torneremo.

Una angolo di paradiso

Posizione ottima, a soli 4km dall’autostrada A1, in mezzo alla meravigliosa vegetazione della zona, piscina rinnovata di recente a sfioro su panorami mozzafiato, zone d’ombra e al sole ottimamente arredate, ma su tutto la gentilezza e disponibilità dei proprietari Anna ed il marito e la professionalità impeccabile in tutto di Enrico, che ci hanno fatti sentire accuditi e coccolati, venendo incontro alle nostre esigenze con tempestività e grande empatia. Un ristorante eccellente con prodotti locali (vino, olio, verdure a km zero) ed ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Consigliatissimo

Soggiorno molto gradevole da ripetere alla prima occasione

Struttura molto bella, in parte nuovissima, con spettacolare piscina a sbalzo e terrazza con vista eccezionale sulla vallata sottostante e sul paese di Carnaiola. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Cena molto buona ed ottima colazione con tanti prodotti, alcuni da "scoprire" in quanto (giustamente) custoditi in recipienti chiusi, comunque tutto ottimo. Molto gentile e disponibile il personale.

fantastisch en een absolute aanrader

De plaats was heel goed; redelijk dicht bij een snelweg, zodat alles goed bereikbaar was. Maar te ver weg om er last van te hebben. Het zwembad is prachtig. Het gebouw is schitterend. Het uitzicht fenomenaal. Maar bovenal was al het personeel geweldig. Zo vriendelijk en alles stond in het teken van de gast.
