Wonderful and memorable!!

We needed a night stay between Venice and Terracina and we picked this place. Just being in front of the main house was wonderful! Irma was waiting for us and made us feel right at home! Out room was in another big house a little down the road and, honestly, we had a wonderful stay. Irma asked us about having dinner and we said yes - we had some of the tastiest dishes!! Before dinner, we sat by the patio table to enjoy a bottle of wine and relaxed with the beautiful wiews. In the morning, when we were ready to leave, we walked around the main house to the terrace... What a terrace! More beautiful views, and a little below is the pool - I wish we had had the time to stay there longer! Also, we love cats and dogs and they have a few that will give you all the love you want! If our travels bring us back around Fabro, we will stay here again!

Truly an Italian oasis

Great place, I booked it blind, we just needed to be in the area. Turned out to be an absolute treasure. We had a great stay. The staff were amazing (and they spoke English) plus the food in the restaurant is spectacular - I recommend the steak.

The shower was a little small, but I am e big built guy.

Splendid location, very picturesque landscape

The entire property is a fairytale. We were very pleased with the location, the food, the service. Mrs. Irma is very kind and attentive, she was very careful to our needs and preoccupied that were happy and comfortable with both the service and the place. We would recommend this place when going in Tuscany and we for sure will be happy to come back!

The room had no working air conditioner and the property owner insisted is was not necessary. Unfortunately this made us sleep very poorly- if the AC or a fan had been there we would have had a very good experience.

Beautiful location in the countryside just a few km from the lovely medieval village of Parrano. Fantastic hosts who are clearly passionate about what they do. Food was exceptional! A lovely place to spend some time.

Il Colombaio is one of those special , magic places where you immediately feel like home! Irma and Attanasio are wonderful guests, two gentle passionate souls who truely care about what they do and how they do it. Everything here is top quality: the enchanting location lost in the nature, the unique swimming pool surrounded by hills and woods, the delicious food ( DON'T miss the Fiorentina steak!!!) and the gorgeous wine, Silvia's kindness and welcoming attitude, the tennis table and the relaxing atmosphere. UNFORGETTABLE.

Alles in Allem einen gelungenen Kurzaufenthalt.

Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal welches überaus hilfsbereit ist. Gratis Parkplätze vor dem Haus.

Das Zustellbett für die Kinder ist etwas bedürftig. Heizung ab Mitte Oktober wünschenswert, ist aber nicht aktiv daher sehr kalt in den Zimmern. Keine Hand- und Badetücher im Bad, aber wenn man es weiss kann man sich organisieren. Hinsichtlich des günstigen Preises, ok.

La stanza è sopratutto il bagno con un freddo da non consentire di farsi una doccia.Illuminazione appena sufficiente e lampeggiante sbalzi di tensione, wi-fi ora si ora no.

Posizione e vista incantevole, piscina sotto una terrazza con vista sulle colline umbre

Ottima posizione, a pochi passi dall'autostrada ma non se ne percepiscono i rumori perché immersa nella Val di Chiana. La struttura è meravigliosa, la stanza accogliente e pulita con vista sulla valle, anche il ristorante è di ottima qualità, abbiamo cenato con prodotti locali genuini e cucinati davvero bene. Irma e il marito sono dei padroni di casa ospitali. Inoltre, abbiamo fatto il bagno serale in piscina posizionata sotto una terrazza con verde e silenziosa vista sulle colline umbre.

Unica pecca che però potrebbe essere un vantaggio nel caso di una fuga romantica, la rete mobile wind è totalmente inesistente.

Rustige plek, aardige eigenaar, schone kamer.

Er was geen ontbijt en je moest zelf voor handdoeken zorgen. De kamers was erg gehorig (last van luid bellende buren. De omgeving is rommelig. De locatie kampte met ziekte van personeel. Eerlijk gezegd denk ik dat het met voldoende personeel een hele andere, veel positievere, ervaring is.

Migliorerei la pulizia e svecchirei qualcosa. Orario colazione dalle 9.00. Troppo tardi per chi parte presto.. Non l'abbiamo potuta fare. Strutture di svago poco curate. Piscina sporca. Tavolo ping pong sporco Idromassaggio da non poterci entrare. Porta calcio senza rete... Ecc... Camera spartana.

Tutto come da descrizione, personale cortese e accogliente! Piscina con vista spettacolare e da provare senza dubbio il ristornate sulla terrazza cibo buonissimo unito ad una vista stupenda! Anche i nostri cani si sono divertiti molto!Consigliatissimo!!

Bellissima posizione nel mezzo della campagna a pochi chilometri da Montegabbione e da Città della Pieve. Arrivati in moto parcheggio nell'area privata interna. Struttura antica recuperata con maestria e valorizzata sia negli interni che negli esterni insieme ai servizi annessi. Grande terrazza dove è possibile mangiare, tempo permettendo. Al nostro arrivo ci hanno assegnato una stanza superiore rispetto a quella da noi prenotata, attenzione molto gradita. Ottimo il mangiare di filiera a metro zero perché essendo anche azienda agricola autoproducono gran parte del cibo che viene portato in tavola. Peccato aver avuto poco tempo per poter apprezzare meglio il tutto. Luogo consigliato a chi sa cosa significa pernottare e mangiare in agriturismo, a chi vuole il contatto con la natura, a chi apprezza la semplicità e la genuinità nel cibo, nei luoghi, nelle persone, senza troppi fronzoli ma essenziale e di qualità.

La struttura è accogliente e con un paesaggio suggestivo, immersa nel verde dove poter vivere la natura, lo staff gentile e disponibile, la cucina davvero buona. ci siamo trovati davvero bene e vorremo tornare.

Spero vivamente di poter tornare.

Ci siamo fermati una sola notte, fuori stagione. L'agriturismo si raggiunge facilmente dall'autostrada. L'ambiente è rustico, ma ottimamente curato. Il ristorante interno offre piatti di qualità con un menù decisamente orientato ai prodotti tipici della zona con un occhio particolare alla carne, prodotta direttamente dall'azienda. I proprietari sono stati gentili ed ospitali, ci hanno fatto compagnia per la cena nonostante la lunga giornata lavorativa alle spalle. Non posso che ringraziare per l'ospitalità.

Scarsa copertura cellulare, si deve necessariamente usufruire della connessine WiFi Gratuita offerta dalla struttura.
